As President & Managing Principal of Talent Leadership Group, I provide strategic direction for the firm while leading client engagements focused on leadership and organizational performance. I bring more than 20 years of experience in organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, workforce transformation, and culture across higher education, healthcare, government, and Fortune 500 organizations. As the founder and current leader of our leadership team, I bring this experience to every client partnership with a focus on practical solutions and measurable results.

My work is grounded in a simple principle: when leaders are equipped, people are aligned, and strategy is clear, organizations are better positioned to perform and thrive. I translate that principle into action through executive coaching, leadership development, organizational effectiveness consulting, workforce strategy, and customized solutions designed around each client’s needs.

I hold a Ph.D. in Human Resources and Leadership Development from Louisiana State University and have dedicated my career to advancing people, strengthening organizations, and improving performance.
