As the Managing Principal of Talent Leadership Group, I bring more than 20 years of experience leading organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, leadership development, workforce transformation, and culture initiatives across higher education, healthcare, state government, and Fortune 500 organizations.

My work focuses on helping organizations align people, strategy, and performance to achieve meaningful and sustainable results. Whether coaching executives, facilitating leadership development programs, designing talent strategies, or advising organizations through change, my approach is grounded in practical solutions that create lasting impact.

I founded Talent Leadership Group to help leaders and organizations unlock their full potential through leadership development, executive coaching, organizational effectiveness consulting, and workforce strategy.

I hold a Ph.D. in Human Resources Leadership and Workforce Development from Louisiana State University and have dedicated my career to advancing people and accelerating performance.
